The North Yorkshire Police Authority is committed to working in effective and efficient partnerships. The Authority is already involved in a number of partnerships, including 8 Community Safety Partnerships (CSPs), and some Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs).
This document sets out how North Yorkshire Police Authority (NYPA) will fulfil its governance responsibilities through a clear and effective planning and performance management framework. This framework takes account of two main pieces of national guidance, Home Office and APA Police Performance Management: Practical Guidance for Police Authorities June 2006 and the APA: The Police Authority Assessment and Improvement Framework.
