County Councillor David Ireton
County Council Member
Councillor Ireton was elected to Craven District Council in 1998 and his term of office expires in 2012.
He is one of two Councillors representing the Ingleton and Clapham Ward which covers the Parishes of Austwick, Clapham-cum-Newby, Ingleton, Lawkland and Thornton-in-Lonsdale.
Councillor Ireton is also a North Yorkshire County Councillor representing the North Craven Electoral Division and sits on the Committees for Community Education and Youth for the North Craven area.
